Kevin and Debbie Lucier started GloryBound Ministries in 1998 when Kevin built a recording studio in their one bedroom apartment in San Diego, CA, and recorded several of his Christian songs.  Kevin performed all the instruments, sang all the vocals, and did all the engineering. The resulting CD was called "Hot Fudge Sunday" and was on the internet for free listening by December of 1998.

Kevin has extensive experience since 1979 of performing music, leading worship, preaching, and teaching the Bible in many various inner-city missions, churches, coffee houses, jails, street missions, and street corners around the U.S.A.  He has also appeared on Christian TV and radio shows.

Debbie died on April 8, 2008, from end stage liver disease, and was buried at El Camino Cemetery in La Jolla, CA. Kevin and Debbie were married on December 23, 1996
